What you'll need
To send the request you usually only need your details and a payment method. After acceptance, the landlord may ask for an ID or passport and, in some cases, proof of income, enrollment or a guarantor.
Complete your booking on Wunderflats
On Wunderflats you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:
- ID card or passport
- Proof of solvency
Come on, move in
Arrange your arrival date, key handover and everything else directly with your landlord. Remember also that most providers transfer your money to the owner only 48 hours after your arrival at the house.

Apartment description

We are renting out our furnished and fully equipped 3-room apartment for the entire year 2026.

In addition to the large living room, bathroom with window and shower tray, and kitchen, there is also a bedroom and a study. The balcony overlooking the communal garden is the perfect place to relax in summer. The kitchen is equipped with all standard electrical appliances as well as crockery and cutlery, so you don't need to bring anything with you. If you want to work from home, you can use the separate study—with a desk, external monitor, and 300 Mbit/s internet connection, you'll be well equipped here. Alternatively, the study can of course also be used as a hobby room or children's room.

We will of course empty the cupboards so that you have space for your own things. Upon request, we are happy to leave items that you may need (e.g., books, games, etc.) in the apartment.

There is a washing machine available for use in the laundry room.

For additional storage space, you can use a lockable compartment in the attic.

The flat-rate rent is all-inclusive and covers the following costs:
- Basic rent

- GEZ fees
- Internet connection
