pulled out for another person. We can also provide a 2nd bed upon request.
To the left of the hallway you first enter the newly renovated, attractive shower room. Further to
the left is the well-equipped kitchen with a dining area for 2 people.
From the kitchen you step out onto the large balcony where you can relax overlooking the garden.

The rental price is for renting by one person, this includes all utilities as well as wifi and the use of
washing machine and dryer.
For an additional person -the second person -there are small additional costs: 5 Euros per day.

We are private landlords and offer you a beautiful 1.5 room apartment in a quiet athmosphere near
the center. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the garden and park. The apartment is
fully equipped with towels, bed linen, crockery and all necessary kitchen utensils. In the livingbedroom you can use a smart TV and also a desk. The apartment has wifi:you can enter, unpack and
feel comfortable.
You can do your shopping within walking distance, here you will find supermarkets but also small
restaurants as well as doctors.
Our small apartment building has 6 residential units with nice roommates. The apartment is located
on the 1st floor.
