Ich suche eine zuverlässige, ordentliche Person mit stabilem Einkommen (mind. 1300 € netto/Monat), die einen ruhigen Lebensstil pflegt. Die Wohnung ist nicht für Raucher geeignet und nicht für WG-Nutzung vorgesehen.
