Nice studio with a modern style located in a strategic position in the historic center of Bologna, the University and the station. Comprising fully equipped kitchen, dining table, TV 40 "HD, double bed and wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, it is equipped with air conditioning and wifi illmitato. Towels and bed linens included.
All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.
