The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Appartamento spazioso e silenzioso situato in una tranquilla zona residenziale a breve distanza dal centro di Bologna e da molte facoltà universitarie, composto da ingresso su zona giorno con cucina completamente attrezzata, lavatrice, tavolo da pranzo, camera da letto doppia con 2 letti singoli ed ampia armadiatura e scrivania, camera da letto singola con scrivania, bagno con vasca, aria condizionata, wifi illimitato e gradevole area esterna privata con tavolino e sedie. L'appartamento sarà dotato di asciugamani e lenzuola.

Tutte le bollette sono comprese nel prezzo mensile (luce, gas, internet wifi illimitato, acqua, tassa sui rifiuti, flat bill) ma nel contratto metteremo un tetto massimo (generalmente 200-300€/mese) per evitare sprechi di energia e consumi eccessivi. Con un consumo normale, non avrai costi aggiuntivi.
