Guests need to provide documents (Proof of Identity, Proof of Income/Guarantor, Work Contract/University Enrollment) in order to have the booking accepted. Guests are required to provide the Italian tax code for the contract. The rent includes a monthly cleaning of all areas, bed linen change is not included. You can request a more frequent cleaning service for an extra price.
