The landlord accepts and payment is made

A deposit is requested either at check-in in cash or 3 WORKING days before the move-in date. In the latter case, in order to keep your reservation and not lose the first month’s rent, you will need to show the advertiser a receipt of the bank transfer within 3 working days from the move-in date.
After completing the booking, the tenant will sign a contract that legally outlines the rights and obligations of both parties. This contract, specifically drafted for the booked accommodation, will be the sole legally binding document to be referred to in case of any disputes.
