The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Large Single Room in Bologna – Bolognina

I am renting a large room in my apartment in Bolognina, a well-connected area of Bologna.

The apartment is located in a convenient position, with easy access to:

- Bologna city centre
- Bologna Centrale train station
- Bologna Airport
- Public transport and other parts of the city

You can also find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pharmacies and other everyday services within walking distance.

The room is large and comfortable. It could comfortably accommodate two people, but it is rented to one person only, so you will have plenty of space and privacy.

The apartment is shared with me, the owner.

Utilities are not included in the rent. Electricity, gas, and other applicable expenses will be shared and paid separately when the bills arrive.

Please note: the apartment does not currently have a fixed Wi-Fi connection. I normally use my mobile phone as a hotspot for internet access. When I am at home, I am of course happy to share the connection with you. If you need a dedicated internet connection, you would need to arrange your own solution.

I am renting from a minimum period of 1 month to max 4/6 months
