Following the booking, the tenant will sign a contract that will legally regulate the obligations and duties of the parties. The contract that will be drawn up and signed by the parties for the room being booked will be a legal reference to which both tenants and landlord must adhere.
Please note that the contract is fixed until 31st August. If you need to leave earlier you can find a substitute tenant. The value of the admin fee can slight vary as it includes the contract registration tax which corresponds to 1 percent of the total contract value, hence it changes according to the contract length.
