The neighbourhood is one of Bologna's most lively student areas, just steps from Porta Saragozza and the iconic portico leading to the Sanctuary of San Luca - and within easy reach of the main university faculties by foot or public transport.
The room is a double, with a private bathroom exclusively for the two occupants. All utilities are included in the monthly rent.
