The landlord accepts and payment is made

HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

è la TASSA RIFIUTI DEL COMUNER DI BOLOGNA, è UNA QUOTA FISSA CHE VIENE DECURTATA DIRETTAMENTE DAL DEPOSITO CAUZIONALE, SONO CIRCA 4/7€ AL MESE A PERSONA.
L'ammontare delle bollette dipende dagli sprechi/consumi. La stima è di circa 45€ al mese per tutto, E' UNA MEDIA BASATA SUGLI ULTIMI 3 ANNI DI AFFITTO, PUò VARIARE IN BASE AI CONSUMI/SPRECHI SOGGETTIVI, E AGLI AUMENTI DEI GESTORI.

DEPOSITO CAUZIONALE:
E' previsto un deposito cauzionale pari a € 770, il quale verrà restituito a fine locazione e non imputabile in conto pigioni. (non è possibile scomputarlo con il pagamento dell'affitto)
Da versare secondo le seguenti modalità:
-con bonifico bancario direttamente sul conto corrente del proprietario, 5 giorni prima del check in (il giorno del check in il deposito deve risultare sul conto corrente)
Si precisa che senza deposito cauzionale non sarà possibile effettuare il check in e consegnare le chiavi.
In alternativa, ed eccezionalmente, è consentito il pagamento del deposito cauzionale in contanti, al momento dell'entrata in appartamento, ma solo in casi eccezionali.

ALTRE SPESE
Sono previste spese di Agenzia Immobiliare pari a €380 Iva inclusa, da pagare entro 5 giorni dalla prenotazione (non al momento del check in, ma entro 5 giorni dalla prenotazione ).
Includono gestione pratiche check in e check out, supporto richiesta Codice Fiscale presso gli Uffici della Agenzia delle Entrate, preparazione e registrazione del contratto...
