The flat's rooms have big windows mostly facing South. The apartment-building is surrounded by its own garden and the view from the attic is to neighboring gardens and to the Seven Hills (Siebengebirge).
The attic flat has two bedrooms, two baths (one with tub and shower, one with shower) and an
eat-in kitchen.
It's 10 min. walking-distance to the Rhine River, to the Bonn-Bad Godesberg Bhf (local train-station) and to the metro station, also to an Aldi supermarket and a DM drugstore and a 5 mins walk to a small Edeka supermarket and to bus stops.
There are many good restaurants and nice cafés in the surroundings.

There are 6 apartments below the attic apartment. The neighbors are considerate with one another. The atmosphere is quiet and friendly.
