A furnished room of 15 sqm for one person, located on the top floor of the house with a view to the Wilhelminian facades typical for this neighbourhood. The kitchen and bathroom are shared among the 4 tenants.
Your room is equipped with a double bed (140x200cm), closet, desk, armchair, bedside table, bed linen, towels, and everything you see at the pictures.

The district lies to the south of the city centre and is directly connected to parks, alleys, botanic garden, and the main university campus.
