What you'll need

On Wunderflats you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

Apartment description

We rent for immediate occupancy a fully furnished 2-room apartment in our quiet and conveniently located 3-family house in the east of BS, located between the districts Querum and Hondelage.
The apartment has a large spacious living room with comfortable leather suite, large table with 4 chairs, a desk and a flat screen TV including DVD player.
Furthermore, it has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and all necessary inventory, a bedroom with comfortable double bed and also flat screen TV, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a storage room with chests of drawers and clothes rails.
In addition, the apartment has a south-facing terrace of about 20 m² to relax after work.
Several car parking spaces are located directly in front of our house.
The rent includes ALL utilities (incl. electricity !!), DSL (WLAN) and a NETFLIX account.
NOTE: If required and by arrangement, a charging facility (wallbox up to 11 kw) for e-cars can also be provided.
The districts of Querum and Hondelage with their diverse shopping or local supply options can be reached by car in 5 minutes.
Forests inviting for walking or cycling are only 5 minutes away on foot.
Public transport runs every 30 minutes throughout the week. To the city center of Braunschweig you need about 15 minutes by car, by bus about 25-30 minutes. Wolfsburg is twenty minutes away by car, Hannover 45 minutes.
We rent only to non-smokers. Pets are not allowed.
A rental is possible for a limited period (for at least 3 months !!) as well as for an unlimited period.
