However, it is only a 20-minute walk from the Accademia di Belle Arti Santa Giulia and a 19-minute bus ride from the Accademia LABA.
The apartment consists of: a Spacious Living Relax Room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, 7 Single Rooms, including 2 double rooms and two singles with a terrace, and 2 bathrooms.
The area is very well-served, with a renowned restaurant, Eden, just steps away, receiving excellent reviews.
