What you'll need

On Coliving you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

Come on, move in
Arrange your arrival date, key handover and everything else directly with your landlord. Remember also that most providers transfer your money to the owner only 48 hours after your arrival at the house.

Walking up the marble stairs from the porch, will take you to a large kitchen basking in sunlight and an inviting living room with a separate dining room. Recurrent throughout all our homes, and most definitely present in this one, are the walls adorned with art, curated by Demain Belgium.
Located just a short stroll from the iconic Botanique cultural centre, the property places you right at the heart of Brussels’ creative pulse. Nestled in Saint-Josse, one of the city’s most vibrant and multicultural neighbourhoods, the house offers a unique blend of urban buzz and artistic charm.

From late-night gigs and weekend markets to peaceful green spaces and hidden cafés, everything is just around the corner. With metro, tram and bike stations close by, you're perfectly connected to both the city centre and the rest of Brussels. Whether you're discovering local food spots, enjoying a concert, or simply soaking up the neighbourhood's raw energy, this property is your home base for an inspired city life.
We welcome everyone. The only common ground is that they are all professionals, meaning that they usually work during the week :-) Our members bring together curious, open-minded people aged around 22 to 40 years old from all over the world for the coliving, and around 25 to 50 years old for the private apartments. They’re working for industries such as institutions like the EU, in tech companies, startups, scaleups, industrials, lawyers, designers, doctors, entrepreneurs and many more — people who love meaningful connections, shared experiences, and good vibes.
