What you'll need

Complete your booking on Coliving
On Coliving you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

- Proof of solvency
Come on, move in
Arrange your arrival date, key handover and everything else directly with your landlord. Remember also that most providers transfer your money to the owner only 48 hours after your arrival at the house.

Room description

FOX University is a lovely house right next the University of Brussels composed of 6 rooms and a studio. It is completely refurbished and furnished.

The spacious common area has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a freezer, sufficient crockery and cutlery, a dishwasher and private lockers.

You can also enjoy the lounge area which has a TV and a little kitchen with a fridge, a coffee machine and a soda stream.

In addition you will have access to the terrace, the garden, a laundry room and a common cellar.

Convenient and flexible, for a minimum of 3 month. Everything is included in your basic rent and charges: with WIFI and TV, electricity, water and gas.

All common areas are cleaned weekly by our team.
