In addition to this beautiful private space completely furnished and closed thanks to a code system, you will enjoy a magnificent common space to share in coliving with the other occupants of the house. This common space includes a fully equipped kitchen, 2 fridges, sufficient crockery and cutlery, a dishwasher, lockers that you can privatize, a bar around which you can eat or share an aperitif, a lounge area with a TV. In the common area as in each room, you have wifi. In addition you have access to the garden outside office hours and a laundry room and a common cellar.
The common area and the stairs are cleaned weekly by our team. 750€ + 150€ charges (charges include gas, electricity, water, internet, TV and cleaning of communal areas )
For rentals of less than 6 months, the price is increased by 20%.
If the room is rented by a couple, the amount of utilities must be doubled.
