The landlord accepts and payment is made

HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Located on the ground floor (RDC), this private bedroom is positioned on the street side (côté rue) of the building. The windows allow plenty of pleasant natural light to enter, creating a lively environment for studying or working. You will also have access to a clean and tidy shared bathroom.

The property is a large shared house with a total of 10 rooms. You will have access to excellent shared amenities, including a kitchen equipped with a freezer, an oven, and a microwave. It also features a beautiful shared garden and two terraces, which are perfect for relaxing outdoors and socializing with your housemates.

Saint-Gilles is celebrated as one of the most vibrant, multicultural, and trendy districts in Brussels. The area is famous for its gorgeous architecture, local street markets, and charming cafes. Excellent public transport networks, including convenient local tram and metro lines, are situated close by for smooth connections across the city.
