The landlord accepts and payment is made

HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Apartment description

A large, cozy studio divided in 2 rooms, situated in a quiet, but central area of Bucharest, at 15 min walk to Piata Unirii / Old Center. 133 bus station is at a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Hala Traian market and two Mega Image supermarkets are at 1 minute and 5 minute distance. A police section is right behind the block of flats. The 4 floor block is one of the best earthquake resistent ones in Bucharest, being constructed according to the safe norms. The studio is located at a high groundfloor, similar to the first floor in other blocks. The studio was divided in 2 rooms, a generous living space and a small bedrooms separated through glass sliding doors and rigips walls. All the studio indoor doors are sliding doors. The studio is very warm in the winter. The living room couch is extensible. Plenty of storing place available in the hall, in the form of a large mirror wardrobe, and in the bedroom. The studio has both a washing machine with dryer, and a dish washer. A large, energy efficient fridge with freezer is present in the kitchen. A large TV in the bedroom.
Any other house objects needed can be provided at request.
The studio comes with a private parking place.
The studio is rented only for a long period of time, minimum 12 months. In exceptional cases I can rent also for 6 months. A contract at ANAF will be done. The studio is pet friendly, but with a higher deposit money.
