Sobre nosotros: We are a family of 5 that live in the neighborgood and are happy to help with any issues you might have.
Espacios comunes: There is a common place where you can have meetings and small parties. To use it you must contact us for availability. A small fee is paid for maintenance of the place. It must be left clean after using.
Uso de cocina: You can freely use the kitchen. We ask that you keep it clean and take care of appliances.
Aseo y limpieza: You will receive a clean appartment and a set of sheets and towels. (For more than one week stay 2 sets). We ask that you take care of the appartment, keep it clean as well as the common areas and respect your neighbors in the building.
Reglas: We ask that you consciously take care of the appartement and respect the neighbors by keeping common areas clean and not making noise during sleeping hours.
