Apartment description

A 125 m² duplex loft in Burjassot, designed for people coming to Valencia to live and work for one or several months. It has double-height ceilings, two full bathrooms and a private terrace, and it is a two-minute walk from the metro and a short walk from the Palacio de Congresos.

THE LOFT
The ground floor has the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, the dining area, the workspace, a bathroom with shower and access to the terrace, where the washing machine is. The upper floor is for resting: a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom with bathtub and bidet. The living room also has a sofa bed and a projector for movie nights.

FOR WORK
683 Mbps wifi and a desk with a professional chair, separate from the sleeping area.

THE BUILDING
A parking space in the supervised underground garage is included, plus swimming pool, gym, padel court and 24-hour concierge. The jacuzzi and sauna can be used whenever the building has them open.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Water, electricity, internet and one cleaning per month. Free liability insurance for the whole stay.

WELCOME PACK
On arrival you will find a house guide (appliances, building services and parking), the wifi details, bathroom products (soap, shampoo and towels), a first-aid kit, tea, coffee, water and some snacks, support contacts and our selection of favourite places in Valencia.

HOUSE RULES
Maximum 2 people. One pet allowed by prior agreement. No smoking inside the loft; smoking is only allowed on the terrace. No parties, and nobody who is not on the contract may stay.
