The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

At Burjassot Co-Living, we believe that home is not just a place to live—it’s a community. Our fully equipped rooms are designed to provide comfort, convenience, and a friendly environment, making it easy to enjoy a shared lifestyle while still having your own private space. The apartment features a spacious living room with a TV, a modern kitchen with a dining area, and plenty of natural light throughout, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Essential services such as cleaning, maintenance, utilities (gas, water, electricity), and high-speed Wi-Fi are included, so your stay is completely hassle-free. Rooms are available with either a single or double bed for individual use.

📍The apartment’s location is unbeatable: just a few meters from City Hall and within easy walking distance of the University Campus, giving you quick access to both city life and academic facilities. We focus on fostering a welcoming and friendly environment among our colivers, so you can feel at home while building connections with like-minded people.

To move in, a minimum stay of three months is required, along with a one-month deposit and the first month’s rent.

Additional Information
Students: Must provide study enrollment and financial means.
Workers: Need to present a paycheck and financial proof.
Without a salary? You can pay the contract in full (6 months + deposit).
The rooms are for individual use only—couples and pets are not accepted.

🛏 Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen and towels are not provided, so you will need to bring your own: a waterproof mattress protector, fitted sheet, comforter cover and pillowcase, as well as a body towel, hand towel, and shower mat. If you prefer, we can purchase new sets for €120 or sanitized, used sets for €60—just let us know, and we’ll take care of it.

🕒 Check-in Time and Key Pickup
Check-ins are handled personally by a staff member, who will provide you with the keys. Once the check-in time has been agreed upon, the maximum wait time is 30 minutes. If you cannot arrive on time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance.

The fees based on your arrival time are as follows:
3:00 PM to 7:00 PM → No additional charge.
7:00 PM to 8:30 PM → €20 (paid in cash to the person greeting you).
8:30 PM to 10:00 PM → €35 (in cash to the person greeting you).
After 10:00 PM → €50 (subject to prior confirmation and payable in cash to the person greeting you).
