Our family of four consisting of a son 25 year old and a daughter 22 year old, both university students, welcome students to our home. We are very active, outgoing, clean, friendly and happy family who are excited to meet new people from different cultures and languages. Our home is located in a prominent upscale area surrounded by nature and mountains, and is easily accessible by transit buses, close to the downtown Vancouver.
There is no time limit to use the bathroom
We are family of 4, Me, my husband, my son 25 and my daughter 22.
You will be sharing the bathroom with my daughter. Me and my husband have our own bathroom.
My son has his own bathroom.
The house is located at very nice area with surrounding natures. The bus station is 7 minutes walking to the house. By Bus you can go anywhere to downtown and shopping malls which are about 30 minutes ride by bus.
We prefer students be home by Midnight so everyone can rest comfortably. No Friend’s in our house.
There is no set time for meal, however we always try to eat at dinner time together as family.
You can use washer machine one time a week and it includes in your payment.
you clean and dry all your dishes used and put them back because we are very clean people.
Utilities are included.
Extending the Stay is possible.

Many of the student attend schools downtown.
Bus stop is close by 7 minutes walking.
No Smokers or Alcohol drinking students are allowed.
