My home is strictly non smoking both inside and outside please! My home is very near the City and less than 15 mins walk to Cairns Central Shopping Centre) , TAFE college is 7 minutes walk and within walking distance of most high schools and primary schools (talk to me about that if you're interested in having your kids stay with me to attend High School or primary school in 2022 . Prices for students will be higher than the prices listed on here because it usually includes breakfast, lunch and dinner and more responsibility as guardian for your children whilst in my care). My home is situated in a very short street, very secure, quiet & private. Downstairs Granny Flat Studio . Air-conditioned with kitchenette, microwave, induction hot plates, Full size fridge, dishwasher & open plan bathroom & separate toilet. Also, downstairs Studio 43 is also fully self-contained with kitchenette, microwave, induction hot plates, Smart TV, Full size fridge, & private bathroom/toilet.
Two Rooms Upstairs ( one has a king size bed which can be made into two singles and the other room is a king single bed which is just a little bit narrower than a double bed) both suit single person or students. You will share a bathroom with one other person & my kitchen with me upstairs There is a separate full size fridge on the balcony to share.
Bus stop is 300 mtrs for 5 minute bus ride to the city area or walking distance is 15 minutes.
The city area has clean Free BBQ's for public use at the Swimming Lagoon area at the water front right near the night markets.
Both Domestic and International Airport is approx 5 klms from my home . My Airport Pick- up fee is $25 . Your next best option is Taxi.
