It has a separate bedroom with a double bed (140x200) lovely toilet/shower room with towel heater, a utility room with washing machine, a nice and bright lounge with fully equipped kitchenette and direct access to the 6m2 balcony with sea views. The lounge has a large sofabed, breakfast/dining bar and a flatscreen smart tv. The apartment is situated in a lovely area of Cannes at the bottom of le Sudquet. It is easily accessed with public transportation, 12-15 minutes walk to the trainstation, busstops right infront of the entrance door and 6-8 minutes walk to the central busstation at the city town hall. There are plenty of small shops in the neighborhood and an Aldi market just 2 minutes walk for cheap and convenient shopping. The apartment is rented out on only a bail mobilite contract. The rent includes all extra charges, electricity, water and internet, as well as bed linnen and towels.
