The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Flat description:
This 5-bedroom flat is located on the 1st floor and features 2. The dining area is furnished with a table and chairs. The fully furnished kitchen includes a washing machine and a dryer for added convenience. Additionally, please note that the building doesn't have a lift.

Room:
This charming room is fully furnished and includes a dedicated workspace equipped with a desk, chair, and a lamp. You’ll also find a spacious wardrobe, a bedside table with an additional lamp, and a mirror. The comfortable double bed measures 140 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Others:
- The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit).
- A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent.
- The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with the equivalent replacements. This applies for: towels, pillows and pillowcases, furniture, lamps, and all other amenities.
- The rooms are for individual use, except if we have a previous agreement.
- Visits are allowed, but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner.
- All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the security deposit paid.
- Check-in times during business hours are free; any other times will have to be accepted by us, and there could be a charge.
- We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat.
- Mandatory fee: The amount of €55 for a single bed or €65 for a double bed will be deducted from the security deposit, which corresponds to the basic linen kit that includes: sheets, pillowcases and towels. This kit can be taken by the guest at the end of their stay
