Utilities: Water, electricity, and gas (cylinder) are split equally among the residents. Estimated average cost: Around €40 per person (Gas: ~€35 every 2 months; Water: €30–€36; Electricity: €40–€45).

Move-in costs: Requires the first month's rent + the last month's rent + 1 month's security deposit.
