DOUBLE BEDROOM:
- the bedroom has a queen-size double bed, Smart TV, a practical wardrobe for storing your personal belongings, and air conditioning.
BATHROOM
- The bathroom is modern, elegant, and equipped with a bathtub for relaxing after a day at the beach and/or exploring the city. A hairdryer and a welcome kit with shampoo and shower gel are provided.
The height of the bathroom ranges from 1.80 meters to 1.35 meters in the lowest area.
LIVING ROOM AND PRIVATE TERRACE
- The main room is very bright and overlooks the outdoor terrace, which is equipped with comfortable armchairs and a table. Here you can relax in the sun or toast your vacation with a glass of excellent local wine under the stars.
The view is panoramic over the whole city of Cagliari. Imagine enjoying wonderful moments outdoors throughout your stay in complete privacy.
The kitchen area is modern and fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, and Lavazza coffee machine.
It will be a pleasure to cook your favorite dishes in complete comfort!
SOFA BED
The sofa is new and can be opened up to become a comfortable bed for one person.
On request, we can provide a cot and/or other accessories for children/babies.

Upon your arrival, we will provide bed linen, three towels for each guest, soap, and detergent to keep the house tidy and clean. To welcome you in the best possible way, we will also provide fresh water and some coffee or tea pods to offer you a pleasant refreshment break after your journey.
We want to welcome you and make you feel at home during your stay!
The house is safe, with mandatory safety systems such as a fire extinguisher and smoke detector. It is air-conditioned in every room and very comfortable.
N.B. To reach the house, you will need to take the elevator to the 4th floor and climb a staircase to reach the 5th floor where the accommodation is located.
STRATEGIC LOCATION
You can start your day with a coffee at the De Curtis bar, just a few steps from the house, or reach the other cozy cafes on the seafront in 10-15 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by car/bus to the historic center. The bus stop is right in front of our door. Other popular destinations are also easily accessible, as the accommodation is very close to the main road that connects the coastline with the most beautiful beaches (Villasimius, etc.) and the best attractions in Cagliari.
