Il vero punto di forza è la terrazza panoramica, collegata direttamente al soggiorno, con una vista aperta sulla città e sul mare. Un angolo ideale per un caffè al mattino, una cena all’aperto o semplicemente per ammirare il panorama dopo una giornata in città.
Gli interni sono accoglienti e funzionali, pensati per offrire comfort sia a coppie, sia a viaggiatori business o piccole famiglie. L’appartamento si trova in una zona residenziale silenziosa, ma in posizione strategica per raggiungere facilmente il centro storico, Castello, la Marina, Via Roma e la spiaggia del Poetto.
La presenza di parcheggio privato coperto rende il soggiorno particolarmente pratico, soprattutto per chi viaggia in auto. Si segnala però che l’accesso al parcheggio avviene tramite un cancello di larghezza contenuta: per questo motivo lo spazio è più adatto a veicoli di dimensioni medio-piccole e può risultare meno agevole per auto di grandi dimensioni.
