The landlord accepts and payment is made

HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Welcome to this exterior room equipped for two people with direct access to a cool balcony with incredible views to the garden and the swimming pool.

It is an spacious room (12,35sqm) with double bed (140cm), 3 doors built in closet and two working areas.

This room is located in the first floor of a cool and bright Coliving house in Bellaterra, next to UAB Campus and Sant Cugat. In the same floor, there is a big bathroom with double sink and big shower.

The house has a big terrace next to the living area and a wide and green garden in the ground floor with a big swimming pool.

In the same house there is an independent apartment with which you will share the garden and swimming pool and the office is also in the attic floor with independent entrance.

💌 YOUR MONTHLY RENT INCLUDES:
- Up to €60/month of supplies per room and month (water, electricity, gas).€90/month if the room is reserved for 2 people

💵 REQUIREMENTS:
+ 100€/month in case the room is rented by two people for rooms adapted for two people.
+ The admin fee of 250€ is per person.
+ Credit or debit card is a requirement. All the payments will be automatically deducted from the chosen card during your stay.

📅 ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES PRICE POLICY
➡ If you arrive:
- Between the 1st and 10th days of each month, you will need to pay the entire month.
- Between the 11th and the 20th day of each month, we will discount 20% of your rent for the first month.
- The 21st or later, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy.

⬅ If you leave:
- Between the 1st and 9th days of each month, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy.
- Between the 10th and the 19th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the last month.
- The 20th or later, you will need to pay for the entire month.

🕑 CHECK-IN POLICY:
Here you have all the available check-in options:
- Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at your new apartment
- Weekends & Festivity days from 09.00h to 21.00h or Working days from 19.00h to 20.00h directly at your new apartment per 50€ extra fee.
