This is a huge (15,20m2 + bathroom) and bright exterior room with direct access to an exterior balcony with nice views to the garden and the swimming pool.
It has 2 single beds (90cm) that you can put together to have a king size (180cm) double bed.
The room has also a big table to work and a full wall of built in closets to have all your clothes organised.
This room has its own big and private bathroom with shower.
The room is located in the first floor our huge and bright Coliving house in Bellaterra.
In the same house there is an independent apartment with which you will share the garden and swimming pool and the office is also in the attic floor with independent entrance.

💵 REQUIREMENTS:
+ 100€/month in case the room is rented by two people for rooms adapted for two people.
+ The admin fee of 250€ is per person.
+ Credit or debit card is a requirement. All the payments will be automatically deducted from the chosen card during your stay.
📅 ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES PRICE POLICY
➡ If you arrive:
- Between the 1st and 10th days of each month, you will need to pay the entire month.
- Between the 11th and the 20th day of each month, we will discount 20% of your rent for the first month.
- The 21st or later, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy.
⬅ If you leave:
- Between the 1st and 9th days of each month, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy.
- Between the 10th and the 19th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the last month.
- The 20th or later, you will need to pay for the entire month.
🕑 CHECK-IN POLICY:
Here you have all the available check-in options:
- Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at our Office (Carrer de Puigmartí 35, local 1 – Gràcia neighborhood, next to Joanic metro station (L4)) with no charge.
- Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at your new apartment with a 35 € extra fee.
- Weekends & Festivity days from 09.00h to 21.00h or Working days from 19.00h to 20.00h directly at your new apartment per 50€ extra fee.
