The apartment comes with its own laundry facilities and a private full bathroom, complete with a shower, toilet, and sink.
The second space is a generous 9 m2 bedroom. This beautiful room features a comfortable double bed (140 cm) and has its own air conditioning system, in addition to central heating.

All prices for our rental rooms are all-inclusive:

💵 REQUIREMENTS:
+ 100€/month in case the room is rented by two people for rooms adapted for two people.
+ The admin fee of 250€ is per person.
+ Credit or debit card is a requirement. All the payments will be automatically deducted from the chosen card during your stay.
