A maximum of 2 pets per apartment is allowed, with a combined weight limit of 85 pounds. A one-time pet fee of $350 per pet and monthly pet rent of $25 per pet apply. Veterinary documentation, including the pet’s breed, expected fully grown weight, and current vaccination records, must be provided at the time of occupancy. Pet policies are subject to management’s discretion.
