What you'll need

Spacious Garden-Facing Rooms in Quiet Coyoacán Home

We offer two extra-large rooms — plus a cozy rooftop cabin — each with a private bathroom and double bed, all overlooking a beautiful garden. One of the rooms has direct access to the garden. The atmosphere is quiet, safe, and welcoming.

The house features generous shared spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and a versatile open area ideal for yoga, reading, or setting up a projector. You’ll also have access to laundry facilities and a garden with a grill.

The home has a bright, eclectic neocolonial style, with plenty of natural light and a charming rose garden. We are located in a residential area of central Coyoacán, just a 10–15 minute walk from the main square.

This is an excellent location for guests interested in the cultural and bohemian character of southern Mexico City. Writers, remote workers, and exchange students (Tec de Monterrey CCM, CEPE/UNAM, UVM, among others) will find convenient transport options nearby, including Metro Line 2, Tren Ligero, trolleybus routes, and Ecobici. The neighborhood also offers cafés, restaurants, markets, cinemas, and cultural centers within walking distance.

Each garden-facing bedroom includes a double bed, desk, ample closet space, and good lighting. Bathrooms are either ensuite or located just next to the room.

You will be staying at our rooftop room, snug but super cozy, quiet, private, and full of light. Its own shower bathroom, desk and chair, double bed (futon). Directly over the garden. Access to our equipped kitchen, and to all common areas of the house.
