The landlord accepts and payment is made

Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Appartement T2 de 45m2 meublé à 10 minutes de Jaude, très lumineux.

Contient 1 chambre avec dressing et lit (160cm), 1 salle de bain avec baignoire, 1 toilette séparé, 1 garage souterrain ainsi qu'une grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine ouverte toute équipée (four, plaque de cuisson à induction, hotte, machine à laver, micro-onde) et salon (avec télévision). Convient pour une personne seule ou un couple.

L'appartement est au 3ème étage avec ascenseur d'une résidence très calme. Il est à 10 minutes à pied de la place de Jaude.

Charges incluses dans le prix du loyer : eau froide, entretien des parties communes et la taxe des ordures ménagères (70€).

Le logement est éligible aux APL.

Nous sous-louons notre appartement pour une période de 6 mois (de début mars 2026 à fin août 2026). La sous-location est autorisée par notre propriétaire, une autorisation de sous-location vous sera fournie lors de la signature du bail.
