Our comfortable home is in a quiet residential area with pretty mountain views. It is close to a couple of walking and hiking trails, parks, and just 5 minutes walk to Port Coquitlam downtown where you can find small grocery stores, the library, a recreation center, a pool, and public transit to Coquitlam Center shopping mall, La Farge Lake, Douglas College and more.
The public transit commute to Simon Fraser University Surrey campus is excellent, and to the Burnaby campus is good.
