Bright, fully furnished 25 m2 studio in Darmstadt’s quiet, green Komponistenviertel. Located on the 5th floor with lift access, the apartment combines a living and sleeping area, workspace, dining area, private kitchen and private bathroom. The peaceful, west-facing balcony offers beautiful open views over greenery – a lovely spot to unwind, enjoy the evening sun and watch the sunset. Renovated in 2024, it is an ideal base for a temporary work assignment, relocation or research stay.

The video shows the apartment immediately after the renovation. Since then, the apartment has been equipped with new appliances, including a washing machine and TV.

A convenient base for professionals and researchers working in Darmstadt, including assignments at Merck, TU Darmstadt, Fraunhofer, ESA/ESOC or EUMETSAT. Frankfurt can be reached by regional train from Darmstadt.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
Temporary furnished rental for one person, minimum 6 months. A genuine temporary housing need, such as a project, secondment or fixed-term assignment, must be explained and documented in the rental agreement. Please introduce yourself and state your preferred rental dates, occupation and reason for your stay. Proof of identity and income/employment are required; a creditworthiness check may be requested before the lease is signed. Address registration (Anmeldung) is possible; a Wohnungsgeberbestätigung can be provided after moving in. Non-smoking apartment. No pets.
