The landlord accepts and payment is made

Rental Terms & Details

Contract Duration: 12-month initial lease. Long-term extension is very likely, as I am an expat living abroad long-term.
Rent & Utilities: Rent includes energy/water utilities, which remain registered in my name. Annual reconciliation will take place based on actual usage.
Cleaning: the rent also includes a cleaner coming 1x/month
Furnishing: Fully furnished as shown in the photos.
Personal Storage: As a private owner (not a commercial landlord), I keep a few personal items neatly stored in the storage area, which must remain in place.

Tenant Profile & Viewing Process

As a private owner and fellow expat, I care deeply about my home and maintaining positive relationships with my neighbors. I am looking for clean, respectful, and responsible tenants (ideally max. 2 persons / a couple) who will look after the house as if it were their own.

Viewings: Selected candidates will be invited for a viewing (in-person or online) within a few days of posting. Viewings will be hosted by the current tenants, who have loved living here and are happy to answer any practical questions.
