Vanaf 1 oktober komt er een kamer van 11 m² vrij in ons gezellige, lichte twee verdiepingen appartement van 103 m². De kamer is beschikbaar voor minimaal één jaar. De huur bedraagt €580 per maand inclusief G/W/E, de borg is €800. De kamer is gemeubileerd met bed (bedframe en matras) en een kledingskast; overname van de meubels is verplicht (€150).In het huis hebben wij een gedeelde keuken, woonkamer, badkamer en twee wc’s. Het appartement ligt op een fijne locatie, 20 minuten lopen en minder dan 10 minuten fietsen van het centrum. Maurits werkt in Den Haag en altijd in is voor een praatje na het werk. Naast wielrennen heeft hij onlangs ook het hardlopen ontdekt. Nicolàs woont sinds vorig jaar in Nederland en werkt als onderzoeker. Hij houdt van reizen, fietsen, films en eten!We vinden het belangrijk dat we respectvol met elkaar omgaan. Wij sluiten de advertentie komende zondag 13 september eind van de dag, en sturen dan de volgende dag een aantal personen een uitnodiging voor een kennismaking en bezichtiging op woensdagavond 16 september. We kijken uit naar je bericht!
