2nd instalment – the following January

3rd instalment – the following May

3. For students paying in 4 instalments, the rent payment dates are:

1st instalment – 10 days prior to your tenancy start date

2nd instalment – end of September

3rd instalment – the following January

4th instalment – the following May

You may be eligible to be released from your agreement if:

Your offer of a place at your preferred University/Higher Education institution is withdrawn as a result of you not achieving the required entry grades, you have surpassed your required entry grades and choose to go to a different University or you have extenuating circumstances that prevent you taking your place at University.

In order to meet the criteria you will need one of the following:

1. To provide a written rejection letter from your chosen university/Higher Education Institute

2. To provide a copy of the acceptance letter from your new university.

3. Evidence as to why you cannot take your place.

Note: The deadline for cancellation requests of this nature will be 31st August 2024 for the 2024/25 academic year.

1. The property requires you to have a valid UK Guarantor if you wish to pay in installments.

2. If you are unable to provide your own UK Guarantor, the property team recommends the service of Housing Hand.

3. The property does not accept international guarantors.
