In the city center, 5 minutes from the tramway to the university, a room of 15 m² with all comfort in a house of the 17th century, typical of the region. An adjoining study room allows you to study in peace. The neighborhood offers all the shops and the many cultural and leisure activities of the city in the immediate vicinity. The university is only 15 minutes from the house by tram. The house is very quiet as it is located in a private garden courtyard and I speak English and Spanish fluently, therefore the stay is ideal for a student who comes to perfect her French and appreciates an original place and full of history.
