Mit dabei ist eine neue Einbauküche mit Kochfeld und Mini-Ofen, Kühlschrank sowie ein eigener privater Waschraum. Die Wohnung liegt an der breiten Poststraße und ist äußerst zentral gelegen. Und doch ist die Poststraße hier keine Durchgangsstraße, sondern insgesamt herrscht wenig Verkehr, das Haus ist sehr ruhig und es bestehen gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Dortmunder Thier-Galerie befindet sich direkt um die Ecke, die Wohnung ist ca. 2 Gehminuten vom Dortmunder Opernhaus, Rathaus und der U-Bahnstation Stadtgarten entfernt. Der Westhellenweg, die Haupteinkaufsstraße Dortmunds, ist in knapp 4 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es ca. 1,5km. Das Haus ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand, die Fassade wurde erst vor Kurzem gestrichen, der Eingang des Treppenhauses wird Video-überwacht.
