This WG is fully furnished and equipped with all essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The apartment consists of 7 rooms, a spacious kitchen, 1 shower, and 1 WC.
Amenities: Furnished Room: Each room includes a desk, chair, open wardrobe, and bed. Kitchen Facilities: The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, kettle, toaster, and necessary utensils. A washing machine and Wi-Fi are provided for tenants.
Location: The apartment is conveniently located . It takes 25 to 35 minutes to reach TU Dortmund University by public transport from the apartment. For daily necessities, there are several shops in close proximity.
Additional Information: Tenants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment throughout their stay. A one-time membership fee of €76 applies. Upon move-out, tenants are required to pay a mandatory bed linen fee of €30 and a cleaning fee of €130.
