Kitchen Facilities: The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, kettle, toaster, and necessary utensils.
A washing machine and Wi-Fi are provided for tenants.

Location: The apartment is conveniently located . It takes 25 to 35 minutes to reach TU Dortmund University by public transport from the apartment. For daily necessities, there are several shops in close proximity.

Tenants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment throughout their stay.
A one-time membership fee of €70 applies.
Upon move-out, tenants are required to pay a mandatory bed linen fee of €30 and a cleaning fee of €130.
