Sehr gute Lage: Weil sich das Apartment in der Fußgängerzone befindet, haben Sie viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Auch der Hauptbahnhof ist sehr nah (10 Gehminuten).

* Stromverbrauch ist mit 60 kWh pro Monat sowie Kaltwasserverbrauch mit 2,6 m3, Warmwasser mit 1 m3 pro Monat und Heizung 60 Einheiten in den Mietpreis inkludiert.
Bei einer Überschreitung der Verbrauchsgrenze für Heizung, Wasser und Strom führt, steht dem Vermieter eine Nachzahlung zu. Der Vermieter erstellt dazu eine Abrechnung zu den im Mietvertrag festgelegten Stückkosten.
Wir haben eine Gebühr für Bettwäsche in Höhe von 30 EUR berechnet.

Great location: Since the apartment is located in the pedestrian zone, there are plenty of shopping possibilities in the vicinity. Also the Main Station is very close (10 min. walking distance). Excellent connection with public transport.

* Electricity consumption of 60 kWh per month as well as cold water consumption of 2,6 m3, hot water of 1 m3 per month and heating of 60 units are included in the rent.
If the consumption limit for heating, water and electricity is exceeded, the landlord is entitled to an additional payment. For this purpose, the landlord shall issue a bill based on the unit costs specified in the rental agreement.
We charge a bed linen fee of 30 EUR.
