Apartment description

A total of 4 windows make for a bright, friendly 1-room apartment with fitted kitchen on the top floor of the building. There is a brand new modern bathroom with tub and window and newly treated parquet flooring. The apartment has several roof pitches, which make the place look much bigger and can provide a lot of space when used well. The wooden beams of the roof construction provide the rustic-modern flair.
Suitable for students and commuters. Coin-operated washing and drying machines for laundry are available for use in the cellar. Mostly musicians live in the house, who accompany you with their music from time to time on your way through the hallway ☺ However, the thick apartment walls make sure that as soon as you have closed the apartment door, nothing can be heard from the neighbours. The apartment is therefore also suitable for music students who have to practice a lot. A caretaker service is responsible for the maintenance of the property.
Location
The Schützengasse road is located directly in the old town of Dresden, in an old alley between the Musikhochschule and the Herzogingarten. In a few minutes you can reach historical Dresden where you will find the Semper Opera, castle and Zwinger amongst other things. The apartment is well served by public transport and there is a supermarket just around the corner.
