Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen und sicheren Wohngegend, südöstlich der Altstadt und nordöstlich des Großen Garten. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie Zug, S - Bahn und Bus sind ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In ca. 15 Minuten erreichen Sie mit der Bahn den Hauptbahnhof Dresden. Parkplätze sind rund um das Haus immer verfügbar.

Die hell und freundlich gestaltete Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohn-/Essbereich, ein Schlafzimmer, ein Duschbad und einem kleinen Balkon. Die Einbauküche ist mit einem Gefrierkühlschrank, einem Ofen, ein Induktionskochfeld, einem Waschtrockner und diversen Utensilien ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen großen Kleiderschrank und einem Bett mit den Maßen 1,40 x 2,0 m ausgestattet. Am Esstisch können Sie nicht nur gemütlich mit Freunden essen, sondern auch entspannt arbeiten – mit Blick nach draußen.

Comfortable living at the Großer Garten

Quickly in the city center and still only about 200 meters to the Great Garden. The apartment on the 2nd floor in Dresden is super connected and perfectly equipped - for living and for home office.

The apartment is located in a quiet and safe residential area, southeast of the Old Town and northeast of the Great Garden. Stores for daily needs are available in the immediate vicinity. Public transport such as train, S-train and bus are about 5-10 minutes walk away. In about 15 minutes you can reach Dresden main station by train. Parking spaces are always available around the house.

The bright and friendly apartment has a living / dining area, a bedroom, a shower room and a small balcony. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a freezer, an oven, an induction hob, a washer-dryer and various utensils. The bedroom has a large closet and a bed with dimensions 1.40 x 2.0 m equipped. At the dining table you can not only eat comfortably with friends, but also work in a relaxed way - with a view outside.
