The first month’s rent will be completed through HousingAnywhere. Bills are €80 monthly. The deposit + fees are paid at check-in. If move-in is more than 3 weeks after availability, only half of the deposit is due upfront.
Both beds in this twin room are available from the same date, making it suitable for any gender. Check-in: From 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Late check-ins may incur an additional fee of €50. Check-out: By 12:00 PM
