Apartment description

I am subletting my 53 sqm apartment in Düsseldorf-Bilk from November 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027. The apartment is furnished in a minimalist and urban style and offers a cozy atmosphere. The spacious living and working room offers ample space for relaxation and work, while the very large kitchen provides plenty of room for cooking and gathering.

The location in Bilk is excellent: Shopping facilities are reachable within about five minutes on foot, and there are many opportunities for walks, coffee, or going out right on your doorstep. The tram is also just a few steps away, so you can reach the Old Town in less than ten minutes. Motorways A46 and A57 are also quickly accessible.
